ZAHRANCO is very well equipped with state of the art Machine tool. Our capabilities covers diverse machining operations such as Boring/Milling, Turning, Grinding, Welding and Heat Treatment. We heavily invest in new machinery every year and we are proud to consider our machine park as the biggest asset backed by our expertise and knowledge to operate the most advanced parts.
Many Rolls for Hot Strip Mill or Flat Products Mills and other industries are worn-out after it’s useful lifetime. With our state of the art Submerged Arc Welding Machines we guarantee a full refurbished rolls that can be put again in operations more than once. This saves a lot of operating cost and is highly demanded by our customer.
Our Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) Machines are equipped with both wire and strip which are used according to required specifications by customer and can reach 55 HRC for 3-5 mm depth.
Heat treatment is done in house. We are proud have our own Heat Treatment facility which is unique in the market to combine Machining and Heat Treatment in one place. We are equipped with Hardening Furnaces, Tempering Furnaces, Gas Nitriding Furnace and Vertical & Horizontal Induction Treatment.
With our expertise in Heat Treatment and Metallurgy and with German Origin Tool Steel Material we differentiates our products with long lifetime and durability that builds a big trust with our customers.
